The Proposed Real Estate organization under Unleash African Economies will be based in Nairobi Metropolitan Area or some few kilometers nearby. The Organization will construct 100 residential housing units and offer them for sale. The houses to be constructed ideally should have an edge over their competitors in that they should have broad or Wi-Fi Internet connections, a water borehole, installed stand by solar panels, a good sewage system and other amenities should be with easy reach such shopping malls, gyms and restaurants. The infinity International community will provide funds to construct this housing project. Each unit is expected to cost $ 78,000 and will be sold at $93,900.Investors will earn a Total of $ 5,790,000 from the sales of these houses within 1 year since demand for cheap houses is very high. Real Estate is one of the fastest growing sectors in Kenya and this is expected to be replicated in other cities across Africa.

Unleash African Economies (UAE) envisions to achieve one of its goal of promoting growth in Africa and create employment by construction of affordable houses since building materials are plenty in Africa and the demand for cheap good houses is on the rise. Our goal is to start similar projects in all major cities in Africa towards the vision of Africa Union Agenda 63.
