Summary: The Renew Clinic plan is to open medical clinics that provide pain relief to American’s suffering from arthritis pain and pain from soft tissue injury. Our focus is to offer three different modalities to our patients, which are all non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical treatments. With the majority of Americans fearful of costly and painful joint replacement surgeries, we offer alternatives that are (1) not painful and (2) have regenerative solutions that can help our patients delay or even avoid surgeries. Our clinics will be positioned in areas that can service Americans in both urban and rural areas of the country. We are also focused on providing our services and expertise to other healthcare facilities around our clinics. Our vision is our passion for helping our healthcare professionals worldwide by using the newest technology and convenient tools. We also see that patient satisfaction is essential to the success of our healthcare system. In closing, during our research of three other similar clinics on the East Coast, we observed hundreds of patients who arrived with canes or walkers, barely able to navigate their way out of their cars and trucks. You could see the pain on their faces as they came through the front door. We then saw the patients a couple of weeks later after their treatments. They were smiling and many were commenting on the things they were finally able to do – like gardening, playing with their grandkids, or just going for a walk for the first time in years! We are committed to helping Americans in pain live a better daily, pain-free life. We will do this through ensuring our clinics are financially stable, sustainable, and duplicatable. Our vision is to open multiple clinics throughout America and with the future goal of growing our clinics worldwide.  

Executive Summary

Executive Summary 3PL Services, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, presents the Renew, LLC (“Renew”) clinic solution, a Tennessee Limited Liability Company. The Renew Clinics will provide non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical treatments for joint pain relief for patients suffering from osteoarthritis (“OA”), soft tissue injury or overuse (muscles, tendons, and ligaments), and ultimately help to prevent or delay the need for surgery. The Renew mission is to plan, staff, equip and operate specialty medical clinics throughout the country with emphasis on reaching the often-underserviced rural population. Research reveals a large majority of patients with joint pain will do whatever they can to avoid surgery. The cost and significant “downtime,” compounded by the significant rehab time and pain, definitely make surgery an unwanted event. Add the loss of work compensation to the leisure activity restrictions, making surgery a “last resort” for Americans of all ages – especially seniors. The Renew Patient Care Team will evaluate each patient through a diagnostic assessment of their pain followed by a treatment plan that includes one or more of the following non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical modalities: • Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injections for knee joint lubrication (and pain reduction) using fluoroscope guidance as our treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee (most facilities are using the “feel technique” - feeling the knee for the “right” injection spot - and not getting the essential injection accuracy from using fluoroscope equipment that Renew uses). • Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections in painful joints or soft tissue areas (tendons, ligaments, or muscles) for help in the regeneration of the joint or tissue. • Deep Tissue Light Laser treatments, called Photobiomodulation (PBM), help improve circulation, relieve pain, and reduce inflammation. Laser light offers a unique approach by being non-invasive, inexpensive, and accessible. Renew will specialize in the treatment of various painful conditions that affect patient’s arms, legs, feet, hands, neck and back, such as: • Knee Osteoarthritis * Arthritis in hand and wrist • Carpal Tunnel * Sciatica (pain running down legs from lower back) • Tennis Elbow * Back pain/strain • Shoulder Pain * Hip pain • Plantar Fasciitis * Ankle (sprains) • Neck pain * Soft tissue injuries (sprains, strains, and overwork) For our patients with OA, mostly Medicare-age patients, the HA medical procedures and injections of HA, will be covered by Medicare and most private insurance companies. With insurance coverage available, we can offer our senior patients with fixed incomes an affordable option for surgery or addictive pharmaceuticals. Although the PRP and laser treatments have been FDA-approved, they are not covered by Medicare or insurance companies. To make these beneficial pain relief treatments available to our patients, we will significantly reduce the costs to our patients (30% below the national average for PRP). These reduced patient payments have been factored into our revenue projections and still allow Renew to have a viable, effective, quality medical clinic. The Renew clinics’ patient base is extensive and is based primarily on the following data: • A growing demographic in America – the “Baby Boomers.” With 76.4 million Baby-Boomers, Renew clinics can provide essential services to a consistent, almost never-ending population, • Americans are living longer, and many are suffering daily from painful arthritic conditions – 53.2 million Americans, • The soft tissue repair market is over $10 billion per year, • There are more than 3.6M sports injuries/year, and • Over 2 million workplace injuries/year (back or neck strains are most common), 3PL Services, Inc., through the Renew Clinic business model, will strive to improve the delivery of healthcare services. We believe that new technology plays a very important role in the future of healthcare and patient satisfaction. As patient needs become more acute, time and money-saving tools will become increasingly important for both the patient and the practitioner. Our primary goal is to provide the right tools for healthcare professionals when and where they need them. This, in turn, will greatly enhance the best patient outcomes and satisfaction.
