Project Overview: Global Aquatic 2, LLC. (GA2) is a privately owned Water Purification and Distribution Company, we are registered as a limited liability company operating out of the State of Nevada. Global Aquatic 2, LLC., engineering and production aspect operates out of Las Vegas, Nevada, and the administrative aspect operates out of Dallas, Texas. This provides us with multiple states access to growth and development in the water purification industry (Colorado, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, etc., including overseas). Our re-tooled facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and intellectual property (software: combined with computer science and robust datasets, to enable problem-solving through artificial intelligence).

(GA2) is a dynamic and focused for-profit corporation deeply dedicated to water purification and distribution of water. Transforming individual lives as well as communities and countries. This executive summary outlines some of our corporate initiatives, goals, and objectives and seeks funding to effectively create real changes in our global economy in all aspects of water. The mission of GA2 GDD Expansion is to clean wastewater with minimal harm to the environment. We will be great corporate partners to the communities we serve; we will minimize the impact of our work on wildlife and we will produce outstanding clean water for commercial, agricultural, and human consumption. The GA2/GDD expansion is expected to begin in January 2024 when GAS, Inc., a leading research, development, and operation of its wastewater treatment company located in Henderson, NV (incorporated in 2014), sought to collaborate with an independent consulting firm Scott and Associates (SA) to acquire GDD's Evaporation Pond facility used for the disposal of produced and frack water in the Craig, Colorado area. The facility (GDD) that is being purchased has been in business since 2009. It is a fully operational company with a loyal customer base. It is located on 256 acres of ranch land in the North West region of Colorado, 17 miles northwest of Craig, Colorado. The site is the public disposal site for water from the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry. Water is disposed of exclusively via an evaporation process using EPs. CEO will oversee all the production and engineering functions, while CFO will handle all the accounting and administrative aspects of the business. Consultants and professionals will be retained to ensure the safe, profitable, and efficient operation of the expansion entity to be formed. The new entity will provide new industry-related services currently not performed by GDD. GA2's leading-edge mobile and permanent wastewater technologies will make the new entity the envy of the Western region. The objectives of Global Aquatic 2, LLC. (GA2) expansion of Great Divide Disposal, LLC (GDD) is as follows: • Provide an environmentally friendly system to dispose of wastewater for the oil, natural gas and other industries that generate polluted produced water. Our first-year goal is to clean 1,825,000 bbls total or roughly 76,650,000 gals. We plan to re-sell 70% of the recovered water. • Use a fixed facility to provide clean reuse water for business entities needing clean commercial, agricultural, and drinking water. We plan to produce about 50,000 bbls/day of the various grades of water. • Provide mobile services for business entities needing clean commercial, agricultural and distilled potable water. Each mobile unit will clean 15,000 bbl/day or 5,475,000 bbl/year; our goal is 85% production capacity. GDD has served the O&G industry since 2009 with operations in two of the major natural gas basins in the United States. GDD is located on the north end of the Piceance Basin and Sand Wash Basin; it services the area from Steamboat Springs, Colorado to the western state line, and from southern Wyoming southwards approximately 100 miles into Colorado. GA2, LLC. is a leading research, development, and operations wastewater treatment company. GA2, LLC. has developed a proprietary technology and a water treatment process to address the need to reclaim water from the manufacturing and wastewater industries in Latin America. The GA2, LLC. team has years of experience in the water treatment industry and is prepared to address industry growth by treating the water using skid-mounted, portable water and wastewater treatment plants. GA2 evaporative systems are capable of cleaning water down to 2 microns from 300,000 TDS. Local drilling, oil, and mining companies have been requesting these services for years. There's an immediate need for the improvement of old services and the implementation of new ones.
