R.D. Harrell Company Introduction to Humanitarian Projects The R.D. Harrell Company is very proud to announce its current portfolio of humanitarian projects located within the piedmont of the Carolinas. The fastest growing segment of the country and with that brings an overwhelming demand for jobs and affordable housing. As you will notice, the accompanying documents give a brief overview of the projects we currently have in our inventory. Numerous properties are fully entitled, engineered and permitted; while others are in the pipeline waiting on final permitting. All of our projects are solely owned. The trickle down effect that these projects will provide in the job market will reach into the thousands through every aspect of the construction industry. From brick masons, to carpenters, to electricians and plumbers, to sheet rock hangers to roofers and down to the fellas that make the glass panes for the windows; the effects are broad reaching.
