Executive Summary

Our mission at L Endeavours Ministry is to create a sustainable community for good. Our endeavour is to commit determined effort towards specific goals defined as projects. Dedicated to doing God's work by helping humanity through projects. The Azura project has two phases: Phase 1: Generate profits to fund select ministries making a positive impact locally and worldwide. Phase 2: Expand the business through new revenue streams and facilities to increase funding capacity for humanitarian efforts. Azura Winery is a profitable 15-year operation with 23 acres of fertile growing land and water rights. Our expertise includes running a wine business and catering operation, hospitality, sales, and business management which equips us to grow Azura profitably. Azura is located in a designated American Viticultural Area, the West Fork Valley AVA, with a thriving wine tourism industry. Its wines have earned acclaim through global distribution and tasting room sales. We will tap into this built-in market while elevating Azura's brand regionally and globally. Through disciplined efforts and smart expansion, Azura will drive significant profits to fund ministries and enrich our community. We project steady annual growth of 12-18% in a maturing but fundamentally strong industry. The funding requirement is to acquire the business and optimize operations. Upon acquisition, we will optimize operations, expand distribution, and began Phase 2 facility expansions. Phase two is multi layered and includes a catering business, organic restaurant with produce from a garden and greenhouse that will be built on the property and ultimately a new retreat center building on the lower property near the lake. The restaurant and catering business will also create opportunities for business mentoring and seeding; to mentor a few who have the talent and desire to create these complimentary businesses. The increase of profits from these growth areas will allow for more funding of humanitarian efforts. The retreat center will be a special place where groups can come to commune with nature and disciple people in the word, learning life skills, as well as opportunity to grow the business.
