Project Overview

As of this writing much of the following is based on a specific property as it has been made available and has a lot of financial equity. This situation is a win win all the way around. The property, what it has to offer and what we want to accomplish at the cost it is being offered to us is amazing. This is a gated facility with a guard shack at the entrance for security. There are 37 acres and has 16 plus buildings totaling over 165 thousand sq feet of which can be utilized for this opportunity. This wellness, retreat and event center will be humanitarian and philanthropic as we will grant people with financial burdens as well as health concerns services when applicable. On this property the following buildings already exist: A restaurant that can seat 50 plus people with a courtyard inside with 5 attached bed and breakfast type rooms, A hotel/lodge with 19 rooms that can house the retreat guests, another 11 B&Bs on the property of which in total can house 70 plus guests at a time. Two large event buildings that are finished off and have a stage. With tables and chairs can easily seat 300 at a time. A catering kitchen is close and used for catering events when needed. Some of the space will be converted to separate rooms to house the wellness "clinic." This clinic will have a wide range of offerings but will help people with physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Modalities that can help with detoxification, inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, wound healing, equipment that can aid in PTSD and even pampering services like skincare and wt loss. We will offer 3-5 or 7 day retreats or day passes for individual sessions in the wellness clinic area. an existing 5000 sq ft building with water tanks currently will be converted to a hydroponic farm to produce healthy organic food to sustain the property and any excess can be sold to local stores looking for quality healthy food. A healthy Juice bar will be added as well as a gym facility for overnight guests. We see this as a way to help those who need it and a way to sustain the property with income for years to come and have the ability to pay many employees and even more as it becomes more profitable.

We will seek to help those with a financial burden and help when necessary. We will incorporate shuttle buses to help those veterans in bigger areas with transportation needs for help in the wellness clinic.
