Executive Summary
As a team at HOTI International, we are driven by a shared commitment to empowering young adults aged 18-24 from diverse backgrounds. Our mission is to inspire, educate, mentor, and instill faith and confidence in these individuals, irrespective of their race, social status, or gender. We firmly believe that knowledge, confidence, drive, and connections are the keys to unlocking opportunities in the world. At the heart of our initiative is a two-week extravaganza that brings together 50 young adults for a multicultural experience. Through this event, participants engage with professional mentors across various domains, including business, education, finance, faith, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. This immersive program provides a roadmap for life, equipping them with essential skills and strategies to pursue their goals and dreams while navigating life's challenges. Situated on a sprawling 10.97-acre property in Malibu, California, our facility includes 25 tiny homes to accommodate participants and staff during the two-week sessions. We operate on a unique business model, wherein we build homes at $150 per square foot and sell them for $1000 per square foot, generating revenue to sustain our operations. Our financial projections demonstrate a solid revenue stream, with potential earnings from both the sale of homes and the rental income during off-camp periods. Additionally, we anticipate annual donations of $1 million, further supporting our cause. Operating costs, including mortgage, utilities, staffing, marketing, and supplies, are meticulously budgeted to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Under the umbrella of RoccoNicabella Productions, we are committed to donating 12 weeks of our property usage to HOTI International annually, reinforcing our dedication to giving back to the community. This partnership amplifies our impact and underscores our values of social responsibility and philanthropy. Integral to our operations is a team of dedicated professionals, including a chef, handyman, security personnel, administrative staff, and faith leaders. Each member is crucial in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for our participants. Our location in Malibu, renowned for its natural beauty and cultural vibrancy, enhances the overall experience for our young adults. Moreover, our emphasis on multiculturalism fosters a global perspective, enriching interactions and broadening horizons. Through strategic marketing and iconic influence, we aim to amplify our reach and attract both participants and supporters who align with our vision and values.
