With a focus on non-denominational wellness centers that are spiritually based with an emphasis on quantum-healing. The flagship location focuses on Upstate New York with the building of a world-class healing center using sound healing and light therapies and God’s Love to set the frequency for this destination-space. Green-building along with green-houses serves the pristine watershed and community locally. Winifred Adams is the founder of Making Life Brighter and Making Life Brighter Radio. Her life’s work however, consists of facilitating people’s healing and conscious-awareness. Conducting sacred : QUANTUM-HEALING-MEDITATIONS for over six years, Winifred has contributed to people’s remembrance of God with the sweet elixir of an open-heart. Known for her methods of getting to the bottom of issues quickly along with her style of quantum healing and miraculous cases, Winifred brings a quantum-level insight to everything she approaches from art to music to healing jewelry. As a GOD-GIVEN, intricate insight during meditation, I, Winifred Adams, have been developing this over the last five years and am ready now to begin building this world-class-campus with more campuses to follow. PART I The project is three parts with the lease of a downtown 5,000sq ft office space immediately, and a build out of this space. The second is getting my things back from the West Coast out of storage and transported here with some funding for a new space to live and a few months free of daily healing work in order to oversee the build-out and acquisition processes. The third is the acquisition and building/planning of the main FLAGSHIP CAMPUS. ( Therapies in smaller center (1st one) would include a meditation/contemplation/educational space coupled with crystal bed therapy, yoga/sound bath therapy/ colon hydro therapy, stem cell therapy and frequency-healing as well as a broadcast space for The QUANTUM-GALAXY-NETWORK and MAKING LIFE BRIGHTER RADIO. ) 1. LEASE per month $3,000 (2 yr lease required). ($72,000) I have already looked over the lease terms with a lawyer and am simply awaiting appropriate funds to put toward the lease and the build out to update the flooring, rooms and get it ready for people to come from all over. The build-out could run about $150,000.00 with equipment/employee salaries/start-up costs. So a total to get going: $157,000.00 (Likely this would come in under with some left to sustain employees and the needs yet unknown.) This space would serve as the first small center, and introduction to the community, positive broadcast space for radio and network consideration including classes happening LIVE. 2. This space will remain in place in order to be an easy walk-to space within the village for tourists and those staying in hotels. Because the Village of Skaneateles (SKAN E AT ELUS) is a destination-space and deemed America’s Most Charming Small Town both by Oprah and HGTV, it is a quaint village that can sustain itself with walking traffic. It will serve to have some services there even after the big-center-campus is built. Conveniently located this will be a special stop-in and group gathering space. 3. The utility of the space will immediately serve as a meditation/contemplation group-gathering location for veterans, youth, aged and those seeking healing frequencies and a profound settling from the outside world. I wish to offer crystals, healing products, frequency technologies, sound therapy, colon hydrotherapy (city water/sewer at this location), chromo (crystal-bed) therapy. Some of these frequency rooms will also serve as PTSD healing rooms for Service Dogs and Retired K-9/Military dogs. Many of these animals go untreated and they require both emotional and physical healing. Veterans with their service dogs would be welcome and there would be a specific day of the week dedicated to that. Kids and adults with cancer would also be served with the frequency healing rooms in groups including sound therapy, crystal therapy, mediation, education and a perfectly safe space to interact with service animals at the same time. It would be a one-stop shop for both those in need and their caregivers, alike. Trauma therapy would be incorporated into the centers programs and scheduling both group and private. Both centers would serve as sanctuary-space for healing. 4. There will be an emphasis on RET. K-9/Military dogs as they get healed and/or retrained for other duties. Currently in the United States there are no true healing centers for these animals but there are many good people who are trying to get them connected with forever homes and/or their last handler. Some of those organizations are also retrieving dogs left behind in foreign countries such as Afghanistan. I would like the model to include sponsored flights to get these animals back as they are US assets and/or to their final, safe resting spot. The larger campus would serve as kennel housing with a woods run and training space while they heal and receive treatment in the center. Certain days and times would be dedicated to veterans, veterans with dogs, service dogs, cancer patients/youth/adult, those with autism, paralysis or trauma among other ‘dis-eases.’ 5. Patches 4 Pups is a business that would be included in this model as its own sustainable program with business sponsors purchasing stem cell patches for the healing of these animals. The business would be introduced as a benefit for their employees, saving them up to 40-50% on absentees while they help ALL RETIRED SERVICE DOGS coming offline. The goal is to supply every single K-9 rescue and forever-home outfit with these patches with education so each dog gets 6 months worth of patches or more. All participating companies would receive employee benefit discount for visiting centers as well. Initially I’d like to GIVE the stem cell patches to those that care for these animals now so they immediately have a source of healing both wounds, pain, and the regrowth of stem cells. 6. This would cost about $500,000.00 initially to order and get patches to all of these groups and their trusted vets. Master patches are $99/30 day supply per dog with other types of patches coming in at $49.00/30 day supply plus shipping to the location. The $99 for the master healing stem cell patches which has numerous patents and is the most advanced stem cell therapy on the planet yet today X 5,000 dogs is about $495,000.00. That is a 30 day supply for 5,000 dogs incoming. We could begin at ANY number but that is fair for what would cover the US to begin with until it is a business-sponsored model. 7. The Small Studio for Making Life Brighter Radio/Quantum Galaxy Network are not included in the build-out pricing and would be used to continue educational content as well as featuring leading experts in their field and visionaries/thought-leaders. These networks would support the promotion of the center and all participating businesses that would donate by sponsorship or buy advertising, or support programs. It’s a win/win/win model as the radio on VoiceAmerica has a listening reach of 7 million worldwide and is a perfect continued arm for promotion of the new network QUANTUM GALAXY NETWORK and MAKING LIFE BRIGHTER RADIO. Adding other positive wayshowers to the network is a goal in this model at stage 2 or 3. Cost of advertising with spokesperson feature is $4,000 per month and can run across the network additionally with the added value of those interviews and ads forever rerunning in the archive databank. Annual cost: Without spokesperson shout outs a features, would be $15,996.00 annually for just Making Life Brighter. With spokesperson would add on $3,667.00 per month so would be $44,004.00 annually. To begin the Quantum Galaxy Network would be an additional $60,000. 8. This location would include retail of my jewelry the : QUANTUM-LOVE-ROCKS, which is jewelry based on the frequency of stones for healing. Winifred has been creating custom pieces for people’s healing since 1990 and has a trademarked series called THE GOLDEN AGE SERIES® yet to be finished. Each piece of the thirteen pieces is contemplated sometimes up to a year and the center stone is garnered with a story based on the meaning of the stones and the architecture of the designs, featuring “THE UNFOLDMENT OF CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE GOLDEN AGE.” The goal is to show this series at the SMITHSONIAN for educational purposes before opening to buyers. This series needs funding to be finished. It would take about $500,000.to finish. PART II ( Immediate Need) Housing, storge units moved cross-country to NY (includes healing tools) and salary to step away from current hour-to-hour quantum healing work in order to focus and organize. Housing: $365,000 or $3,000/mo rent plus utilities. The reason for the housing is that two service dogs, Magnus (ret k-9 with collapsed lung) and Sally (govt virus sniffer) are slated to come to me and the deal had been proposed to get the housing didn’t work the way it was proposed. But renting to own could certainly work and the dogs will be waiting for me. This is a very important piece to the puzzle because the dogs were what called me in spirit recently and everything catapulted into motion very quickly. I need a yard and have a location allotted for this which will be nearby both centers yet with yard for these specialized dogs. STORAGE MOVE: $7,800 per pod x 2 out of CALIFORNIA to NY $16,000. OTHER STORAGE FROM DENVER to NY $5-6,000. ( THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE NEED) TOTAL: WITH HOUSE PURCHASE $365,000.00 + 150,000.00 salary=$537,000.00 including storage unit moves WITHOUT HOUSE PURCHASE, $208,000.00 (3,000 x12=36,000/ salary 150,000 annually)+ storage unit move. PART III THE QUANTUM GALAXY HEALING CENTER FLAGSHIP LOCATION on Skaneateles Lake Central New York. Land Acquisition: $2.4 million for 80 acres with lake rights. Serves as quiet, yet nearby village with easy access, woods, master pine trees outlining the property, plateau for build out of a quantum auditorium with a view of the lake and sunset each day. The seller is already been talked to and is willing to take the property off the market for 6 months for fund-raising!! $20K to do so. There may be a party vesting in this but the land must be funded before the center can get architects and planning approvals. The Campus: $20-30 million build out. This includes world-class architect fees. Those architects actually live here which is a rare find but they have not yet been approached as that requires a fee and and NDA along with a real backing to have them take it seriously. There may be a lake front landing to acquire which will serve as a summer boat ride down the lake on the Ben Wiles, while shuttles buses take people to-from center so as to alleviate heavy traffic and let people get to experience the beauty of Skaneateles lake while incorporating other businesses so they stay sustainable and it is a perpetual win/win with the village of Skaneateles. That would cost up to 1.9 million—hopefully less! This would make is a special experience for people. $10 million for additional homes both big/small on and off lake for guests and housing for campus families or workforce as some guests may be wheelchair-bound and require families to be with them for up to a month as they heal daily in the center. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM: That would be for people genuinely in need of advanced healing work that simply cannot afford that. There could be a scholarship program for that to begin with and perhaps that can build out as a sustainable sponsorship model since this center is not a non-profit but rather a for profit, adding to the community in turn. Beginning funds for the scholarship program should be $100,000. Included: Tiny homes tucked into walking paths on sanctuary for center guests. (Local hotels and air bnb’s are part of the choice of land space and the reason behind adding to this community that will be a profound destination in the East Coast as well as for those coming from overseas.) The tiny homes might also serve as a place for homeless female veterans with children, which I just learned is an issue. So whether on campus or in offsite campus housing these women could work the center and get paid, while the children learn and benefit in a positive environment and all have a new enriched life to get on their feet again. I see a real win’/win combining veterans, retired folks looking for work to contribute and work at the center and be able to get in on healing there. Temperature Controlled Dog Kennels for up to 15 RET SERVICE DOGS that may board for healing or rehab. Ponds, walking trails, waterfall Quantum Auditorium for Guest Speakers, Musical Performances of all Kinds, Guided Sound and Auditory Meditations, with possible open roof for star-gazing in the summer. Will include a sunrise yoga/meditation studio with grand fireplace and waterfall and sound chambers for healing. May also include a recording studio on top floor with rooftop gardens, veranda and café or restaurant overlooking the lake. MAIN CAMPUS The architecture of the main campus building was the first God-given vision. It included a flow from the moment one enters, winding up all the negative energies and releasing them and then unwinding into a positive blessing before continuing in the center. Each section is representative of the energy centers of the body with an emphasis on the quantum field represented in the design, architecture, technology, and the decorative elements. Some of those elements and features will be commissioned by artists including hand-cut large crystals by award-winning stone-cutters. The elements go deeper with the sound element setting the stage for the meditations or great hall sections of the energy centers, being built under the room itself so it is always sustaining the frequency or generation of sound which is healing. This will be fueled by plants, crystals and other natural sonic modalities and recorded and sold at the center. The center would also include green-houses or arrangements with farmers boardering the land for lease of space for greenhouses if needed. Green houses would help be a sustainability arm of the center with plants being used in the sound but also for café purposes with juicing and food along with farmer’s market-type sharing or organic food grown with focuses love. Each green house would have a gardener as well as one or two people meditating at all times. The plants would be as coveted as the humans and the dogs. There will be wings that will be dedicated to healing such as the chromotherapy beds, frequency healing chambers, biotech-tuning and even possibly naturopathic medicine on site. All natural remedies will be sold along with wings of the center dedicated to classroom settings with a view of the campus or lake for all age groups. A safe-space for day care will be built so that the parents can heal and the kids can learn, play and also benefit from certain healing modalities. In the architecture there will be clear overhead passages like crystalline flooring or what seems like glass flooring where the dogs can pass without interacting with the people much like a holodeck only the people below can see them when they do pass across. There will be water features, reflection pools, contemplation rooms that are charged and every section of the campus will have a frequency of healing imbued in/under it. The actual architect will feature design that speaks to the energy centers of the body but are in fact based on sacred geometry. Certain rooms will be made for people only coming in to hold focus for meditation for the day and will be a silent room where the energies generated that day will add to the Shuman resonance by way of the current generated in their focus, by virtue of the sacred geometry of the room. It would be wise to consult with KISS THE GROUND organization in this project for sustainable approaches to the land itself and a keen eye and knowledge on optimizing the layout with the land. More information will come forth to have a place in the center with some places being interchangeable technology for healing as it changes and upgrades, though the basic tenants of frequency light/sound are stayed. Executive Summary

The Making Life Brighter Project which includes the Quantum Galaxy Network and is the healing bridge between humans and service dogs with a quantum healing center with sustainable food sources, green building/land use/purpose, for to be a destination-space as a non-denominational quantum field healing/educational spiritual center. There will be a focus on humans with cancer, autism, and complex illnesses along with veterans, veteran-service dogs, retired k-9 and service dogs. The quantum healing energy will be one-of-a-kind in scope and with a radiant healing frequency for all who come to the campus whether it be to heal or mediate, participate, learn or pray. The goal is that each soul is touched and leaves with a renewed body and soul, including all service animals which will be treated for PTSD and any ailments on campus. The campus will eventually have public speakers, music, and serve as the Broadcast center for The Quantum Galaxy Network, featuring forward-thinking thought leaders, and the latest in postive, uplifting contributions the planet over. Inspirational entertainment will be featured, and that which is pure in heart, to raise the frequency of each soul attending.
