Project Overview

To help homeless and displaced seniors by providing a healthy safe and happy home environment for senior citizens 62+ throughout the United States who are economically challenged. And have been displaced due to inflation. Starting at Springfield Missouri USA Beginning with 137 units for singles or couples, With Resort style amenities and planned activities for socialization and a healthy lifestyle. a community center, a gym, a park and more.

Executive Summary

after we purchase the property we would do a major clean up then do the demolition work and then excavate it to prepare it for construction. then build community center a gym an office a convenience store and a laundry mat. then start building 360-650 square foot mini homes designed for seniors. outreach will be for homeless seniors who have social security income. and rentals will be from $400 to $600 per month.
